For those that live in that state of Georgia, my In-Home Self Defense Classes are now available. Ladies gather at least 5 friends together to enjoy an hour of learning easy and effective moves in the comfort of your own home or office setting. Women’s Groups have been taking advantage of this opportunity. Only $45 per person, you are worth every penny!
